Two-Part Universal Polyurethane Adhesive suitable for bonding of vinyl and rubber floor coverings as well as other materials on suitable substrates in interior and exterior areas. Up to 85 RH/pH irrelevant. May be used as a crack repair compound to fill or seal dormant cracks or joints.
